(nl) Eindelijk was het zover, s’ochtends stapte ik in de trein naar Parijs. Onderweg naar mijn beste en liefste vriendinnetje. Zij was daar al twee maanden om haar frans te verbeteren. En oh, wat miste ik haar … 

Rond de middag arriveerde ik in Parijs op het station Gare-de-Lyon. Die middag gingen we naar de stadswijk Montmartre. Op ons to-do-lijstje stonden de Sacre Coeur, het Moulin Rouge en de bekende sex shops, maar natuurlijk ook heerlijk lang bijkletsen over alles wat er in de laatste maanden gebeurd was. Die avond stond eigenlijk ook de film Mamma Mia! Here we go again op het plan, maar we waren zo in het gesprek verdiept, dat we de tijd helemaal vergeten waren en dus ook de film moesten uitstellen.

It finally was time to go to Paris by train. On my way to my best and loveliest friend. She already stayed there for two months to improve her french. And oh, how much I’ve missed her …

About twelve o’clock I arrived at the station Gare-de-Lyon. That afternoon we went to the quartier Montmartre. On our to do list were the Sacre Coeur, the Moulin Rouge as well as the sex shops and of course endlessly chatting about everything you could think of. I mean we hadn’t seen each other for a too long time. In the evening we also wanted to go and watch the movie Mamma Mia! Here we go again, but we totally forgot the time and so we missed it. We just were too busy with gossiping.
